Description
Starting Salary Range: $132,000 - $142,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of negotiation strategies for high-impact, high-value procurement contracts.
- Draft, negotiate, and oversee a range of contracts across indirect spend categories, including SaaS agreements, consulting agreements, and purchasing agreements.
- Implement strategies to control costs, mitigate risks, and align with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Champion the use of AI-powered tools and procurement technologies to streamline contract management.
- Mature the procurement contracting function through continuous process improvement, elevating contract quality standards, and proactive engagement with business stakeholders across the organization.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on excellence and innovation.
What we are looking for:
- CPCM, CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent. (preferred)
- A proven track record of negotiating complex, high-value agreements with strategic impact.
- Strong knowledge of legal, regulatory, and financial considerations in contracts-ideally in a regulated or service-based industry.
- Proficiency in contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools; experience with AI-enabled procurement solutions is a plus.

Experience
7 years: procurement, contract management, or a related field with a strong focus on indirect spend. (required)
