Job Summary This position coordinates integrated community and program activities within the Long-Term Community Integration programs by working with assigned staff and persons served to create a variety of diverse and inclusive community-based activities, that may be presented virtually or in-person. This position may also design curricula that will be used within the LTCIS programs to build skills and increase independence of persons served.
