In this role, you'll provide impactful psychological services within our adherent Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program, engaging with a diverse range of clients through individual therapy and co-facilitating DBT skills groups. Responsibilities:


  • Lead DBT group sessions, turning each one into a masterclass of skill-building and support.
  • Support clients with individual therapy sessions focusing on honing your DBT expertise and fostering client growth.
  • Collaborate with our passionate, supportive, and seasoned team.


Requirements:


  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current independent licensure from the State of MN (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP) OR on track for LICSW or LPCC licensure
  • Passionate about diving into DBT therapy with an eagerness to learn and grow. DBT experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for building rapport with clients.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Starting Pay: $55,000 - $70,000 annually for unlicensed therapists; $70,000 - $85,000 annually for licensed therapists. Actual compensation may vary as determined by licensure, education, experience, skillset, FT/PT status, and schedule.
