THE JOB:

As a Sommelier at CATCH, you won't just serve wine, you'll craft unforgettable experiences. With your knowledge of wine lists and food pairings, combined with a warm smile and genuine service, you'll create moments that leave a lasting impression. By understanding each guest's unique story, you'll turn ordinary dining into WOW memories they'll cherish long after their visit.

THE STARTING RATE:$14.9785 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain wine knowledge, including food pairings

• Clean and maintain equipment and workspace

• Manage cellar inventory and stock levels

• Train staff to minimize waste and ensure proper wine handling

• Verify wine deliveries and manage returns if needed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• One year of prior experience in similar role such as Sommelier or Food Server with wine knowledge

• Prior experience in fine dining or similar environment

• Passionate about providing excellent customer service and proper service techniques

• Understanding of wine and alcohol, as well as food pairing

• Sommelier certification is preferred

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent
