As a Manager, Connected Commerce & Digital Integrations supporting Commercial Excellence/Sales Effectiveness team, you will be trusted to play a critical role in supporting key lens distribution and channel operations deployments - including trial lens and fit set management, distributor reporting and KPI & Dashboard development for key projects. This position will help drive sales growth and drive efficiencies across the product portfolio. Located out of our Fort Worth, TX office.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Identifying target market position by geography, market segment, customer group, etc.
• Partner with key stakeholders by providing investment optimization recommendations, resources and best practices forexecuting promotional spend effectively
• Support monthly & quarterly reporting for QBR calculations, SIT and Distributor tracking

• Utilize analytics techniques to drive analysis that results in actionable insights and recommendations that optimize business performance, revenue generation, and cost efficiency.
• Prepare standard monthly reporting, develop & maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) dashboards to monitor and communicate performance to leadership

• Support in ad hoc analysis, operational support, reporting, project management, and other areas as needed
• Develop models to support decision making process

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs. Assoc.+9 yrs.; M.S.+2 yrs.; PhD+0 yrs.)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience

Preferred Skills

• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
• Experience with data analysis software preferred (Tableau, SQL, AWS Athena, Alteryx, AWS Quick sight)
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience in pricing & promotions and CPG operations a plus.
• Knowledge of trade promotion management systems and practices a plus
