Mansfield Service Partners is looking for an entry level Fuel Sales Representative for our Odessa, TX location.

You will receive comprehensive training to develop your skills in prospecting, consultative selling, and customer management while working with a team that values your contributions.

What You'll Do:

• Develop new accounts and implement plans to grow existing accounts.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, accounts, and sales activities.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify and close opportunities.
• Build strong relationships through prospecting and networking.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and learn from peers.
• Provide ongoing support and solutions for customers after the sale.
• Work toward achievable sales goals with performance-based incentives.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related fields ideal).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales career.
• Must permanently reside in Odessa, TX
• Ability to maintain auto liability insurance of at least $100,000/$300,000/$100,000.
