Occupational Therapist, Per Diem, Outpatient

Description:
Could you be our next Per Diem Occupational Therapist at Riddle Outpatient in Media? This dynamic Occupational Therapist would be making an impact with a traditional neuro caseload within the outpatient setting. Availability of at least 2 days per week (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm) would be needed Monday-Friday.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will provide quality occupational therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients. Daily, you will perform detailed clinical assessment based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop comprehensive plans of care based on findings following occupational therapy evaluation.

Position: Occupational Therapist - Outpatient
Shift: Per Diem Monday-Friday; 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

Experience:
Relevant clinical experience as per setting. Outpatient neuro experience strongly preferred.

Education:
1. Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program.
2. BS required.
3. Master's or Doctorate preferred

Licensures/Certifications:
1. Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license ( OTR-L ).
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required on hire.
3. Valid Driver's license and insured automobile (as applicable).
