We have a client in NW Houston with a direct hire SAP Reporting and Analytics position.This would be direct hire and hybrid but the first few quarters will be more onsite supporting the S4 implementation.

No 3rd party resume submittals and requires being eligible for hire without sponsorship
The current reporting technologies include Tableau, Oracle OBIEE, Power BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud
SAP is required along witheither Tableau or Power BI

O&G experience required and Upstream highly preferred

The Analytics and Reporting Business Solitons Manager will be accountable for driving the reporting and analytics solution approach and standardization across the shared services function.

This position offers significant responsibility and interactionwith leaders and stakeholders across the company to align strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and deliver actionable insights.


Detailed Description:
  • Analyze data from various systems using advanced statistical techniques to generate insights that inform decision-making.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive share service reporting strategy that aligns with business goals and improves data-drive decision-making across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify, define, and consolidate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that drive business performance.
  • Define future state technology solutions to enhance reporting capabilities and support long-term reporting strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and management to assess and understand business needs, ensure reporting solutions meet organization objectives.
  • Support the testing phase of reporting solutions, identifying, and addressing any blockers to ensure successful implementation.

Job Requirements
  • Expertise across capabilities within the relevant value streams and understanding of business and user needs.
  • Strong data and analytics acumen.
  • Functional knowledge of the use of data and reporting requirements within the enterprise.
  • Proven experience implementing reporting solutions utilizing various SAP reports and other BI tools with a focus on automation and optimization.
  • Strong relationships with key business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments for reporting and analytics needs.
  • Proven team player with ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive under time-sensitive deadlines, maintaining a calm, solution-focused demeanor when faced with challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
