Responsibilities Mitchell is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join its Regulatory Affairs Compliance team. In this role you will be primarily responsible for monitoring regulatory activities of Workers' Compensation and PIP No-Fault fee schedules applicable to medical bill review. In addition to monitoring fee schedule changes, legislative and regulatory changes to state reporting, eBilling etc. will also be monitored. We are seeking candidates who will, under regular supervision, communicate with regulatory entities and vendors via telephone, email, and in writing regarding Workers Compensation and Auto PIP fee schedule and legislative changes. Duties include obtaining regulations and/or legislative changes, notify and distribute information to the appropriate development and implementation teams, and regularly provide needed information to the various departments within the company. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to perform research and analysis on all related topics, and maintain documentation pertaining to such. Duties and Responsibilities:
