Work Schedule: 70% FTE, day shift. 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM. Some weekend shifts required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. - Perform a wide variety of routine, complex and specialized procedures under the general supervision of the section Team Lead and Radiology Manager.
- Perform bone mineral density (BMD) exams.
- Provide basic maintenance and repairs, participate in QA, and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system.
- Work collaboratively with staff to prioritize and organize schedules and to triage routine and emergent procedures.
- Coordinate and actively participate in the training of other Imaging technologists, fellows, residents, physicians and visiting health care professionals and serve as a clinical instructor for affiliated imaging training programs and assist in training other Imaging technologists.

Qualifications
- Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology Required
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Preferred
- Bone Mineral Density (BMD) Preferred
Work Experience
- Previous healthcare experience Required
- 2 years of clinical experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- ARRT Radiography (R) Certification Upon Hire Required
- Wisconsin Radiological License Upon Hire Required
- ARRT Mammography (M) certification within 30 months Required
- If Bone Mineral Densitometry is part of the hired role: ARRT Bone Densitometry Technologist (BD) or ISCD Certified Bone Densitometry Technologist (CBDT) within 30 months of hire
- CPR certification within 3 months Required
