National Accounts Director -- Post-Acute Care

As Arjo's National Accounts Director in the Post-Acute segment, you will create and execute overall sales strategy for select Post-Acute GPOs, key customer groups, and strategic distribution partners.

This position will focus on developing strategic relationships to maintain and expand contract positions while growing our presence within assigned markets and segments.

Key day-to-day activities:



  • Evaluate, engage and support key distribution and channel partners focused on the Post-Acute Care Market
  • Create and manage contracts, pricing and marketing initiatives to grow our revenue and relationships
  • Facilitate knowledge and relationship transfers between key partners and our internal sales and marketing team
  • Focus on growing our distribution AND overall team revenue by initiating programs and support processes while maintaining an overall channel agnostic, end customer centric approach
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to drive execution of national and regional contracts, ensuring alignment with field sales strategies.
  • Focus on networking to develop, foster and deepen relationships with assigned large regional and national SNF chains, Assisted Living Chains and Rehab/LTAC chains
  • Work to develop formulary positions with key accounts with a focus on outcomes and developing deep relationships
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts, positioning the company as a strategic partner
  • Drive increased adoption and utilization of our products by aligning solutions with customer priorities, clinical initiatives, and cost-saving objectives
  • Monitor and analyze competitive activity, market dynamics, and customer needs to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights and feedback to marketing and product teams to influence portfolio strategies and innovation.


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in corporate account management, sales leadership, or business development across multiple product categories within healthcare/medical device.
  • 5+ years' successful experience selling medical device and/or clinical consulting solutions to C-Suite level with a proven track record.
  • Proven track record of managing IDNs, GPOs, and/or regional aggregation groups with successful contract execution and revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation and financial acumen.
  • Executive-level communication skills - verbal, written, presentation.
  • Proven understanding of Gap Analysis to uncover additional sales opportunities within target accounts.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office; experience with Pivot Tables, Vloookups, etc.
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Up to 50% overnight travel
