Ecumen Hospice is hiring a Social Worker. Ecumen Hospice honors life through care and serves individuals in the Saint Cloud Area. The Ecumen Hospice mission is to provide care that exceeds the expectations of those that find themselves in the later stages of life by providing a level of comfort and quality of life that makes each person feel honored and supported as their life continues to have significance. The Social Worker position is responsible for providing direct social work services to hospice patients and their family members and caregivers in need of identified social worker services, and providing them with psychosocial and environmental support. Opportunity Details: Full-Time - 64 scheduled hours every 2 weeks. Schedule falls between M-F 8am-4:30pm - No weekends/No Holidays
