Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - PHP/IOP Endeavor Health Location: Evanston, IL Hours: Monday - Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. with one weekend a month Required Travel: Glenbrook and Skokie Hospitals Join Our Mission to Provide Exceptional Behavioral Health Care Endeavor Health is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, providing high-quality mental health care to individuals in need of structured outpatient support. Position Highlights:
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic interventions for patients in PHP/IOP.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment as needed, and provide education to patients and families.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of behavioral health services.
- Work in a structured yet flexible setting that allows for meaningful patient engagement without overnight or on-call responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program.
- Certification & Licensure:
- Current NP or PA license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain).
- Board certification in Psychiatry/Mental Health (PMHNP) preferred for NPs.
- DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience: Prior experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a team-oriented mindset.
