What you'll do:

We're looking for a detail-focused Fabricator to join our team. You'll fit, weld, and inspect sheet metal assemblies to meet precise specs and finish standards. This role demands accuracy, problem-solving, and collaboration with engineering and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fit and MIG weld sheet metal parts per blueprints and verbal guidance.
• Ensure assemblies meet critical dimensions and finish standards.
• Inspect welded assemblies for alignment and quality.
• Work with engineers and QA to resolve fitment issues.
• Perform finishing tasks like grinding and sanding.
• Maintain inspection and process documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and meet project deadlines.

What you need to be successful:

• Experience in fitting and welding sheet metal parts.
• Skilled in MIG welding and brazing.
• Able to read technical drawings and weld symbols.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Welding/sheet metal certifications.
• Experience with QA, dimensional inspection, and finish assessment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards.
