Schedules available: 1st Shift: $17.25/hr. \| Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:30 PM. 2nd Shift: $18.00/hr. \| Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM. 3rd Shift: $19.00/hr. \|Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 PM-7:00 AM. Responsibilities: Operate molding machines and secondary equipment while ensuring product quality and safety standards are met. Inspect and assemble parts to meet customer specifications, identifying and addressing critical visual and dimensional defects. Accurately package, label, and track products with correct counts and traceability. Report defective parts, process malfunctions, or safety issues to the supervisor/lead operator. Utilize route sheets, work instructions, and auxiliary equipment (e.g., sonic welders, heat sealers) to meet production requirements. Maintain clean machines and work areas, record production and scrap counts, and follow HACCP and GMP guidelines. Be flexible and available to work at both Somers and Ellington facilities, with regular, punctual attendance essential for meeting production needs. Qualified candidates will have one year of manufacturing experience.
