Pro Staff is hiring a Production Molder in Aitkin, MN to work for an industry leader in rubber manufacturing. Join our award-winning team that successfully meets the molded rubber needs of national and international clients from all around the world. Secure this unique opportunity, today! Schedules available: 1st shift: 6am - 4pm, Monday - Thursday | $16.00/hr. 2nd shift: 4pm - 2am, Monday - Thursday | $16.75/hr. Production Molder essential tasks: Help in the quality creation of product by following the work instructions of each part. Make sure the correct material, tools, and press settings are being used. Learn and understand the correct measurements for weighing material. Inspect parts, trim parts if needed, and accurately count parts for boxing.
