We are hiring a Customer Service Representative in Pierceton, IN, to join our growing team!

1st Shift | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | $20.50/hr.

Requirements | High School Diploma. Two years of related work experience.

Customer Service Representative daily tasks:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and anticipate their needs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order management, fulfillment, and communication of product or supply issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales goals, customer retention, and inventory management.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts between customer requirements and company capabilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth and account expansion.
  • Train team members on processes, best practices, and operational compliance.
  • Demonstrate leadership, proactive problem-solving, and initiative in improving team and client relations.
