We are hiring a Customer Service Representative in Pierceton, IN, to join our growing team! 1st Shift \| 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM \| $20.50/hr. Requirements \| High School Diploma. Two years of related work experience. Customer Service Representative daily tasks: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and anticipate their needs. Ensure accurate and timely order management, fulfillment, and communication of product or supply issues. Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales goals, customer retention, and inventory management. Identify and resolve conflicts between customer requirements and company capabilities. Develop and implement strategies for business growth and account expansion. Train team members on processes, best practices, and operational compliance. Demonstrate leadership, proactive problem-solving, and initiative in improving team and client relations.
