Pro Staff has partnered with a company that provides clients consulting, notice, and administration services, including law firms, companies across all industries, and governmental agencies at all levels. We are hiring a motivated individual to join our diverse team as a Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, MN. Pay: $17.00/hr - $18.00/hr | Higher wage if bilingual in Spanish 1st Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday - Friday Daily tasks: Ensure exceptional customer service from team members while maintaining cleanliness and organization in office spaces, break areas, and storage spaces. Manage inventory and restock office supplies and refreshments, handle incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintain accurate logs and reports. Perform physical tasks like lifting when needed, follow directions from supervisors, participate in cross-training, and provide support during busy seasons, including overtime as required. Follow a script when handling calls that are recorded and monitored. Preferred candidates will have one year of call center experience. Employee Benefits:
