Pay: $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr Shift Available: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Requirements: To excel in this role, candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist position and a Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field (or equivalent education and experience). A strong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems is required. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must. As an HR Generalist, you'll oversee recruitment efforts for both exempt and nonexempt positions, review applications, and interview candidates to match their skills with the job requirements. You'll assist the HR Manager in coaching and guiding leadership before implementing disciplinary actions and ensure timely completion of employee performance evaluations. The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
