Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $23/hr Dispatcher Responsibilities: Handle incoming service calls and dispatch to Service Centers Perform clerical tasks and operate office equipment Process Service Orders using the BaaN Service Module and prepare reports Coordinate Field Service requests and provide updates to customers Manage warranty claims, billable service calls, and shipping of warranty replacements Additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications: 2+ years of dispatching experience Experience with Salesforce (preferred) Strong communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Oracle is a plus We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k retirement plan, weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card, life and disability insurance, referral bonus opportunities, and employee discounts with various vendors.
