Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $23/hr

Dispatcher Responsibilities:



  • Handle incoming service calls and dispatch to Service Centers
  • Perform clerical tasks and operate office equipment
  • Process Service Orders using the BaaN Service Module and prepare reports
  • Coordinate Field Service requests and provide updates to customers
  • Manage warranty claims, billable service calls, and shipping of warranty replacements
  • Additional duties as assigned by management




Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of dispatching experience
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Oracle is a plus
