In this role, you'll perform general construction tasks for facility upkeep, including repairing, maintaining, and replacing both low and high voltage electrical systems, as well as plumbing systems and components. You'll also maintain and repair air conditioning and compressor systems, assist with space planning and budget management, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. You'll track and coordinate maintenance tools and equipment, participate in various building repairs like drywall, cement, flooring, and roofing, and support facility upgrades as needed. Additionally, you'll document repairs and maintenance activities, assist with cleaning tasks, and ensure smooth operations of the facility. Qualifications & Skills:
