Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Senior Director, Technology Program Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the US Coast Guard's primary POC and provides overall leadership and guidance for all Peraton personnel (employees/subcontractors) assigned to the program. The Senior Director is ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency of the program, to include both technical issues and business processes. The Senior Director is directly responsible for the execution and performance on the program.

Day to Day Work Responsibilities:

    Leads financial, technical, administrative and personnel program activities (including monthly PMRs) to meet all contractual obligations in adherence to the USCG's processes, procedures, and directives
  • Serves as the primary point of contact (POC) to the USCG leadership
  • Provides technical and financial progress reports to contractor and customer program leadership and participates in steering committee meetings and Government leadership presentations
  • Oversees cross-project planning for contractor resources, scheduling milestones, and deliverables for on-time submission of contract deliverables
  • Identifies, assesses, and resolves complex business issues and risk and facilities resolution and risk mitigation
  • Ensures IMS Contractor back-office support to properly process invoicing
  • Oversees personnel security clearance requirements and manages performance assessments and
  • Accountable for achieving the IMS performance objectives including stabilize and secure the network, modernize to improve mission outcomes, evaluations integrate all of the USCG's systems, and create the collaborative partnership with the USCG and IMS contractor


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 18 years experience
  • 10 years of experience managing enterprise-level Infrastructure Programs with similar scope and complexity
  • 10 years of experience managing DOD/DHS related programs
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams of IT professionals supporting a large enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with customer senior leadership
  • Must have strong Familiarity with DOD IT security requirements.
  • PMI PMP certification
  • ITIL4 Foundation to align with the latest version of DESMF
  • U.S. Citizenship required; Must have an active TS clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Engineering
  • Certified TBM Executive (CTBME)

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
