Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. If you're ready to take on an exciting role and make an impact, apply today! Salary: $38,000 - $40,000 Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating sales and purchasing activities. Your role will include generating quotes, ensuring seamless communication between the sales team and customers, and supporting sales initiatives with your strong Excel skills. You'll also build relationships with suppliers and manage inventory accuracy to keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: Analyze sales data and track performance metrics using advanced Excel skills. Prepare sales reports and assist with pricing negotiations. Provide customer quotes and source materials for plastic injection molding. Build relationships with suppliers to secure best pricing and terms. Support cost evaluation and new model events. Maintain pricing records, manage purchasing, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering. Evaluate supplier performance and ensure quality, pricing, and delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or A.S. degree + 3+ years of relevant experience). 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or plastic injection molding. Strong coordination, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to travel and a valid driver's license. Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes is a plus. Ability to stay stationary 50% of the time, move around the office, and work on a computer.
