As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in the company's success while advancing your own professional development. Schedule: 2-2-3 schedule work every other weekend. Have your schedule for the year. Pay: $19/hr. Responsibilities: Ensure safety and compliance with all plant and food safety protocols while performing preventive maintenance on plant equipment and maintaining accurate records. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery and auxiliary equipment efficiently, contributing to clean and safe work environments. Collaborate with team members, rotate through maintenance assignments, and assist with equipment startup and general maintenance tasks as needed to support the overall goals of the company.
