We are currently looking for Class A Shuttle Drivers to start immediately
Our customer is looking for Class A Shuttle/Hostler drivers in Sumner, WA. You will move trailers between yard and dock AND shuttle trailers from one yard to another. This is a home daily job. The Important Details: Shift starts at 5:00PM - 5AM $33.75 per hour - WE PAY OT after 40! Duties: Driver must be able to blindside back within the yard. Can you thread the needle? Moving trailers and containers from dock to dock and yard to yard swapping out empty trailers with full trailers. Driver will perform pre and post trips daily, chock rear wheels and be aware of safety hazards. Must be able to work in fast paced environment Consistent attendance and be able to work holidays, weekends, nights. Practices safe driving and good yard housekeeping. Qualifications: Must possess a valid commercial driver's license and medical card Self-Certified Inter-State Non-Excepted Must be registered with FMCSA Clearinghouse Must have 12 months previous verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience Clean MVR - three or fewer moving violations/accidents Must be at least 22 years of age Driver Perks: Medical, Dental, Vision and Short Term Disability 401k Referral Bonus Tenure Bonus to reward your longevity State Sick pay Holiday Pay for eligible drivers Staffmark Perks Discounts on Electronics, Food, Movies, Motels and More!
