Job Details: Shift: 1st Shift \| Monday - Thursday \| 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay: $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 after 90 days + $2,000 after 6 months As a Machine Operator, you will operate work equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments in plant operations. You'll communicate effectively with your team and management to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and in line with company practices. Building strong relationships with team members, contractors, and aligning with company objectives is key, as you may be asked to assist in various areas of operations. You'll also help train new team members, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines. Troubleshooting and repairing equipment, including heavy lifting and working in tight spaces, may be required. You will be accountable for ensuring assembly quality, consistency, and the final quality of finished products, while performing other duties as assigned and maintaining regular attendance.
