Staffmark is seeking new talent for an exciting direct-hire opportunity in Laguna Niguel, CA. We are hiring a new Business Development Representative for our innovative client. This remote role
is designed for motivated individuals with proven sales experience in business-to-business sales. Join a team of Business Modernization experts focused on building customized consulting and nearshore outsourcing solutions.

Pay: $52.50 per hour

As a strategic leader, you will oversee the development and implementation of plans to support regional objectives.



  • Sales Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory, leveraging expertise in glass and building materials to enhance client offerings.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Market Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of industry trends to drive consistent growth and revenue expansion.
  • Reporting: Track and report sales progress and client feedback to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:



  • 3 + years of successful strategic relationship-building and solution-selling experience in the Fortune 1000 and/or Global 500 market.
  • 5 + years of successful IT strategic relationship-building and solution-selling experience in the Fortune 1000 and/or Global 500 market.
  • A degree or relevant certification in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
