Team Lead

Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Team Lead!

Your Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee, monitor, and coordinate activities for production teams which are responsible for material handling, assembly, and equipment operation when the Supervisor is unavailable

• Assist the team in operations when necessary

• Assign employees to various equipment based on the skills required for the equipment and the equipment required for the work order

• Support the Supervisor or Manager in daily operations as needed.

• Ensure team's goals are aligned with and representative of the overall company's directive

You Must Have:

• Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures of printing

• Excellent judgement to plan and accomplish production goals as set by the company and supervisor

• Strong attention to detail

• Good interpersonal skills

We Would Also Prefer:

• Associates degree or equivalent experience

• Significant experience and knowledge of printing operations

• Leadership experience
