Forklift Maintenance Technician

Advantage Resourcing has an outstanding opportunity for a Forklift Maintenance Technician to take the next step in your career in Abilene, TX. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse helpers and ensure safe operating conditions for forklifts.
• Ensure clear maneuvering space for forklifts in and out of trailers.
• Inspect inbound and outbound trailers to meet ASCS and customer specs.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently, complete paperwork, and submit it.
• Manage inventory control and product placement.
• Maintain a clean warehouse, including grounds upkeep and secure trailer doors.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with daily tasks and repairs, including refrigeration.
• Manage temporary employees and perform general warehouse upkeep.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Experience Required:

• 2 years of forklift operation
• 1 year of maintenance experience
• 1 year of grounds upkeep experience
• Lift up to 50 pounds as required
