Production Lead

Pay: $13.39-$19 per hour (Based on experience)

12 hour shifts

We need a motivated and reliable candidate who will contribute to our client's safe, enthusiastic, and growing team! Employees will look to you as a leader, and you will have a positive influence on the culture and ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.

• Manages and organizes operations and procedures in the Department, including manufacturing, inspection, test, safety, personnel, shop packets, scrap reports, and inventory control.
• Maximizes manufacturing productivity through effective use of resources.
• Promotes and maintains communication and teamwork within and between shifts.
• Ensures departmental compliance with all elements of the Quality Management System, including but not limited to process control, non-conforming material control, and training.
• Reports status and timelines of jobs to the Department Manager.
• Prepares and/or reviews production reports.

Qualifications: At least one year of related experience; strong communication, leadership, organization, multi-tasking, computer, math, and analytical skills; ability to stand/stoop/kneel/crouch for extended periods and lift 50 pounds.
