What you will do:



  • Maintain compliance with all plant policies and safety procedures.
  • Participate in the safe manufacturing of quality products.
  • Coordinate activities with other line personnel as required.
  • Maintain a safe, clean work area.
  • Comply with safety rules and regulations.
  • Prepare boll boxes or bags for filling.
  • Operate bagging machine.
  • Check weight of packages, as needed.
  • Stack bags on pallets.
  • Prepare pallets for palletizing.
  • Palletize cases, bags, and/or drums.
  • Assist all plant personnel in seeking ways to eliminate waste and inefficiency throughout the plant.
  • Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environment.



What you will bring:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience may be considered in lieu of education 1+ year of relevant experience required.
  • Must be physically and medically capable of wearing a respirator and all other necessary safety equipment during entire work shift depending on responsibilities.
  • Good work habits and strong safety culture.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work shift rotations.
