Financial Analyst Position Summary: Responsible for providing accurate and timely budgets, financial analysis, and accounting support to the Company. The position will also support other departments with financial analysis, daily reporting, and forecasts as needed. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support annual budget process, which includes consolidation, reporting, and financial analysis of revenues/expenses and capital projects
- Provide analytical support for Manufacturing - demand planning, procurement, absorption, freight
- Prepare and maintain financial models and reports for forecasting and long-range planning of P&L; Balance Sheet; and Cash Flows
- Prepare monthly headcount reconciliation
- Report on daily dashboard, KPI's and metrics for various business units across the organization
- Prepare & maintain monthly board packages and materials for Senior Management meetings
- Gather and interpret large volumes of operational data; detect emerging trends and integrate operational intel; develop detective controls and predictive indicators
- Assist with month end close and financial reporting
- Ensure assigned processes are effective, efficient and properly documented
- Perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required
- Be a critical part of the leadership team to identify, develop and implement strategies and processes for future-state corporate plans

- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis experience (1-3 preferrable)
- Must have experience in Microsoft Office Applications (advanced MS-Excel)
- Experience working with large databases, creating Pivot Tables, and Power BI
- Experience with SQL, VBA, Python and R is a plus
- Experience with multi-unit retail, distribution, manufacturing, and e-Commerce a plus
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics from accredited college or University
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Public auditing experience is a plus
- CPA or MBA candidate is a plus
- Knowledge of SAGE500 accounting software. In lieu of SAGE500, knowledge of GL module of another major financial system is essential (SAP, Great Plains, Lawson, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Trend, OneStream,etc) is acceptable
- Knowledge of report writing in VENA, Biz Insights, FRx, Crystal or other recognized application is preferred
