About this opportunity: As a Networks C&E Wireless Integration Improvement Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, driving, supporting, and facilitating effective transformations for the functional areas or wireless integration and troubleshooting. Your focus will be creating shareholder value in the wireless integration and troubleshooting services area including customer satisfaction, delivery efficiency and cost structure. You will work across the organization, including global, regional and territory teams, SMEs, other architects and change drivers to drive and foster the required cultural changes needed to ensure long-term success. What you will do:
- Continuous improvement and shareholder value: Create tangible shareholder value via continuous improvement activities within the functional area and across the regions and territory teams.
- Transformation leadership: Lead and support major transformation initiatives, projects, and programs aimed at enhancing operational and functional performance. This includes identifying key areas for improvement and driving change across the organization.
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Master of Business Administration preferred.
- Business acumen related to wireless network operations.
- Proven experience in leading operational and functional improvements in a large, complex organization, preferably within the telecom sector.
- Experience and detailed understanding of onshore and offshore delivery of integration services required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Experience with change management, including the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the benefits of proposed changes.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering transformation initiatives on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of key performance indicators and experience in deploying them to monitor and improve business performance.
- Experience working effectively with personnel at all levels in the organization including senior leadership.
- Experience with using various program management, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills to successfully gather and communicate complex concepts for various audiences (working level to senior leadership)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional Consultative skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with advanced storytelling abilities to simplify and visualize complex information in a digestible format.
- Experience with digital platforms and process digitization is a plus.
