Position Overview: The University Engagement Manager will be responsible for the full scope of recruiting initiatives for University Programs across the entirety of the organization which includes but not limited to: Plan and implement full life cycle recruitment; entry level management, and intern hiring requisitions inclusive of sourcing, screening, and either onsite or virtual interviews. The University Engagement Manager will build lasting relationships with key university personnel and successfully build Norfolk Southern's brand as a choice employer for their students.
