SUMMARY:

The Product Operations Analyst - Product Data will play a crucial role in our digital future. This role works closely with product marketing and product management teams to ensure products are ready for sale across all of our digital storefronts. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, a problem solver, and capable of creating systems that build operational scale to support business operations.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Proactively collaborate with upstream product marketing and product management teams to ensure products have all the necessary data to be ready for sale.
  • Creates and maintains monitors and reports that proactively provide visibility to product readiness.
  • Create and schedule product syndications to marketplaces, wholesale accounts, and marketing platforms.
  • Work closely with service reliability teams to monitor and ensure all syndications are functioning correctly.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to product data and syndication processes. This includes managing communications with responsible parties to bring issues to resolution.
  • Provide a feedback loop to product management teams to build capabilities to increase sustainability of product data and syndications

REQUREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product operations, ecommerce, or digital marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.

Flexible Work Schedule

Our North American hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while maintaining flexibility for associates. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced "Work from Anywhere" (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year. This model will help us enhance our culture while continuing to maintain elements of flexibility.
