EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Required
  • Education

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience

  • 2 years of experience in a veterinary, animal care or client service environment

JOB DUTIES
  • Delivers exceptional customer service with professionalism and care.
  • Responds to client inquiries and provides knowledgeable guidance on animal care, wellness programs, and available clinic services.
  • Assists in coordinating appointments, schedule procedures, and follow-ups while efficiently triaging phone calls and client inquiries.
  • Supports the check-in process by assisting clients, especially new ones, in completing registration forms accurately.
  • Assists in overseeing client flow from check-in to discharge, proactively updating clients about any delays and ensuring smooth schedule adherence.
  • Accurately maintains electronic medical records, including client details, medical histories, vaccine records, and lab reports, while adhering to clinic protocols for controlled substances and logbook management.
  • Handles payment transactions, including cash and check deposits, and assists with financial documentation to support clinic records.
  • Helps sustain a clean and organized clinic by maintaining common areas, exam rooms, and kennels to uphold sanitation standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
