EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Required Education High School Diploma or GED Experience 2 years of experience in a veterinary, animal care or client service environment JOB DUTIES Delivers exceptional customer service with professionalism and care. Responds to client inquiries and provides knowledgeable guidance on animal care, wellness programs, and available clinic services. Assists in coordinating appointments, schedule procedures, and follow-ups while efficiently triaging phone calls and client inquiries. Supports the check-in process by assisting clients, especially new ones, in completing registration forms accurately. Assists in overseeing client flow from check-in to discharge, proactively updating clients about any delays and ensuring smooth schedule adherence. Accurately maintains electronic medical records, including client details, medical histories, vaccine records, and lab reports, while adhering to clinic protocols for controlled substances and logbook management. Handles payment transactions, including cash and check deposits, and assists with financial documentation to support clinic records. Helps sustain a clean and organized clinic by maintaining common areas, exam rooms, and kennels to uphold sanitation standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
