Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work remotely with our client in Westlake, OH. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Achieve sales targets, both in terms of volume and contribution.
  • Extend support to all customers in the specified region whenever a technical service is necessary to achieve 100% of sales targets with Customer Feedback.
  • Managing collections, receivables, collaterals like LC, and remittances to India with 100% accuracy
  • Drive Business Development and marketing activities in the US.
  • Identify the grades to be developed for different customers by properly segmenting and targeting them.
  • Facilitate approval of the client's existing non-rubber grades.
  • Organize Competitors' samples for the non-rubber grades.
  • Work with the customer's development team and the client's technical support team from India to develop businesses with 100% accuracy.
  • Identifying and establishing channel partners for the overall business with 100% accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Establish client's grades with a clear brand identity and by differentiating quality & service with 100% positive Customer feedback.
  • Formulating Marketing Strategy and Business Plan for Non-Rubber.
  • Work closely with the organization's Marketing and Sales team for 100% effectiveness.
  • Management Information System provides regular MIS and detailed information on Competitors' Pricing for different products and markets.
  • Update on any new grade introduction by competition with 100% accuracy.
  • Drive relationships with customers, end-user industries, and distribution channels with positive feedback.
  • Coordinating and facilitating senior management visits from India to customers and distributors with 100% accuracy and positive feedback.
  • Designation of immediate superior to whom the position will report to the Head Sales Manager.
  • Contact point (Department/location/ Organization/institute) Designation of person contact Purpose of contact.
  • Internal Sales and Marketing Technical Support All concerned persons Formulating Marketing Strategy and Business Plan for Non-Rubber.
  • Drive Business Development and marketing activities in the USA.
  • External Customer Development Team End-user Industries All concerned persons Drive Business Development and marketing activities in the USA.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $80000 - $100000/year.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Polymer Engineering.
  • Minimum of 7 years of industry experience in Sales and Business Development.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Management.
  • Experience in the B2B industry in the chemical space.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of MIS.
