Here's what you'd do:

• Audits multiple HRS product bank details to ensure any imbalances are handled appropriately and promptly.
• Utilizes established processes and procedures to initiate the research and resolution of each audit issue.
• When necessary, assign issues to partner business units and monitor the completion of the problems.
• Exhibits comprehensive knowledge of various client HRS products in the Risk Management Portfolio and their corresponding systems.
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Operational areas' current processes, procedures, and networks with the areas continually.
• Researches imbalances on multiple products promptly, taking action to resolve the discrepancy while also determining the root cause of the imbalance.
• Works with external strategic partners, internal Operations areas, and the field to aid in issue resolution and recommend process improvements.
• Applies sound judgment when approving transactions and researching imbalances, escalates issues appropriately, and evaluates the financial and operational impact before making a decision.
• Performs daily processing functions and compiles periodic reports.
