Perform self-inspections, understand criteria for acceptable or defect recognition, and follow work instructions and drawings. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years experience as an electromechanical assembler utilizing IPC-620 standards Minimum of 2 years experience in IPC-620 standardsincluding Crimping open and closed barrels Coax (BNC's, Virginia or Mac Panel) Soldering, Solder sleeves & Solder splices Daisy chains Minimum of 2 years experience in IPC-WHMA-A-620 Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Mechanical and electrical experience in subassemblies Torque (understanding how to set tools and use) Cable routing (bend radius, service loops, dressing of wires) Able to perform self-inspections (understanding criteria - acceptable or defect recognition) Able to follow work instructions and understand drawings Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
