Role Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager of Engineering & Capital Projects is responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership and direction to the team of Engineers and Capital Project Managers focused on driving and delivering a sustainable competitive advantage and operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost at the Charles City launch and production site. As an integral member of the site Engineering, Maintenance and Utilities (EMU) leadership team and overall Global Engineering network, you will manage and oversee the site Capital Investment portfolio with responsibilities ranging from annual and long-term planning, forecasting, budgeting, and prioritization to preparing and vetting Capital Project Appropriation (CPA) investment requests and steering and reporting on the site portfolio. Physical Requirements: This position requires extended sitting, keyboarding, and computing, frequent walking, occasional standing, and some lifting of automation and computer devices and components.
