Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Remotely with our client in Bristol, CT. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Work closely with the staff on the music cue sheet management process.
  • Involved with reviewing, updating, and approving music cue sheet reports and tracking and organizing submitted cue sheets for compliance reporting.
  • Work under the direction of the Music Licensing and Music Operations Supervisors to support the approval of music cue sheets submitted to the database and assist in cue sheet reporting to track compliance for all client networks.
  • Manage the update of music data to the cue sheet management system and the distribution and handling of cue sheets to licensors.
  • Track client's programming on affiliate networks and submit cue sheets to those networks and our Publishing Administrator.
  • Assist the Coordinating Director of Music, Sr. Music Licensing Coordinator, and Music Licensing Coordinator in preparing, filing, coordinating, and organizing music licenses and related music documentation.
  • Assists Music Directors and Coordinators of the music team with other music-related projects and tasks, as needed.

Pay: $26.00/hr

Hours: 40 hrs / Week

Length: Temporary (6 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Mac and PC operating systems, including MS Word and MS Excel.

Preferred Skills:

  • Associates Degree
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prioritize projects based on time & resources available.
  • Demonstrated the required organizational and communication skills and abilities.
  • Understanding broadcast, technical operations, library science, or music backgrounds preferred.
  • Spanish proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills - ask questions, be a team player, be proactive, and have excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to Prioritize the importance of work.
  • Able to pivot on a moment's notice.
  • Attention to detail, working with legal information on music being used.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
