Description Our financial client is looking to build a team of Advisor Services Specialists to provide support to their Financial Advisors on new client and account set-up procedures and issues, in addition to account change request support and tracking. The Advisor Services Relationship Specialists also provides administrative training and website usability support. Who We Are Looking For: Candidates with chat experience or were on an email team, that would be great as we are looking to build out their Services team who will eventually own chat. Someone with strong work ethic is important i.e desire to learn, ability to show up to work on time every day engaged, etc. Open to working any shift between 5am and 5pm PST Previous Customer Service/phone experience is desired but not mandatory Would love someone who is looking for a career not just a job, as we have a lot of growth opportunities for those who want it Understanding of financial information. Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting. 1+ years of experience within customer service environment, ideally Finance. Skills Banking, Finance, Data Entry, Customer Service, Wealth Management, chat support, client services, Investment Management, SIE, Series 6, Wealth Management Experience Additional Skills & Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years financial services industry experience Private Banking Financial Investment Chat Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
