Seneca Global Services, LLC is seeking a remote Program Manager to be part of a dynamic team collaborating on schedule oversight deliverables, decision support, and facilitation tasks to assist program leadership and staff. This includes utilizing project management expertise to ensure that workflows, processes, risks, communications, resources, and quality are managed appropriately to support the program and projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:




  • Assist the Schedule Management Team with routine maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule in Planview and Microsoft Project, as required
  • Assist with review and import of project schedules received from vendors; assess project schedules for risk and for inconsistencies/gaps between individual projects/vendors
  • Assist with review and import of detailed project schedules provided by project teams; assess project schedules for risk and for inconsistencies/gaps between individual projects/vendors
  • Assist with implementing the change control process, as it applies to baselined schedule milestones
  • Provide technical and professional guidance to other team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedule management decisions with the needs of clinical, operational, and business stakeholders



Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and diverse team environment that requires trust, initiative, creativity, respect, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills: able to articulate intent, frame and focus discussions, set priorities, maintain group engagement
  • Proven ability and willingness to learn new processes and/or technologies; strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify alternate solutions to overcome difficult challenges
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to visualize and explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with IT program management responsibilities in a government acquisition setting
  • Experience with Planview Portfolio Management and Microsoft Project software
  • This position requires a National Agency Check (NACI) background clearance. A background investigation will be conducted to authorize a basic public trust clearance.
