City/State Virginia Beach, VA Overview Work Shift First (Days) (United States of America) Sentara Health is seeking a passionate IT leader to join our team as to join our team as Director IT Clinical Systems (PACS/ Epic) This position is 100% Remote -Candidates must have a current residence in one of the follow states: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington (state), West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming ! A Director typically manages a department or small unit that includes multiple teams led by Managers and/or Team Leaders. Responsibilities typically include: * Ownership of short to mid-term (1-3 years) execution of functional strategy and the operational direction of the Department. * Problems faced are often complex and require extensive investigation and analysis. * Requires the ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and the ability to communicate and influence executive leadership. Areas of responsibility include all Epic and non-Epic applications and technology in support of the procedural and clinical imaging systems. Successful candidate should have a working knowledge of Epic procedural modules, application and technical experience implementing and supporting PACS systems, and strong knowledge and experience related to operational and clinical workflows. Salary Range $132,622 - $246,376 Job Summary General Information Technology work involves managing or performing work across multiple areas of an organization's overall IT Platform/Infrastructure including analysis, development, and administration of: * IT Systems Software, Hardware, and Databases * Data & Voice Networks * Data Processing Operations * End User Technology & Software Support Conducts cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projects as input to the organization's IT roadmap.
