Here's what you'd do:

• The client seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow CMDB / Provisioning Solution Engineer to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow CMDB and Provisioning solutions that meet business requirements and align with IT service management (ITSM) best practices.
• Design and implement ServiceNow CMDB and Provisioning solutions that meet business requirements and align with ITSM best practices.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow CMDB and Provisioning to meet business requirements, including setting up workflows, business rules, and data models.
• Develop and maintain CMDB and Provisioning data models, including data relationships and data governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions for business needs.
• Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are defects-free.
• Provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions from end-users and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and new features and apply them to existing solutions as needed.
• Document solutions, including CMDB and Provisioning data models, workflows, and business rules, to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $107.14 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Contract (11 Months).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in ServiceNow ITSM Principles, ServiceNow CMBD and Provisioning Principles, ServiceNow CSDM, Python, JavaScript, Powershell.

• Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform, CMDB, and Provisioning practices and principles.
• Good knowledge of features, functionality, and configuration options.
• Good knowledge of best practices and principles of IT service management (ITSM).
• Working knowledge of the ServiceNow CSDM (Common Service Data Model) methodology.
• Good knowledge of scripting and coding principles, including JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell.
• Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
