Supplemental supervisor will provide professional social work task and relational supervision to social work students in a field practicum in which there is not a social worker with the credentials needed to provide that supervision.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position
Knowledge of social work values, ethics, and processes. Skills and abilities to carry out social work engagement, assessment, intervention, and evaluation at the micro, mezzo, and macro service levels. Ability to guide social work students in learning social work knowledge, skills, values, and cognitive and affective abilities.
Minimum Qualifications
MSW degree from a CSWE accredited school
Preferred Qualifications
LCSW licensure
