Summary Seeking a dynamic professional who will be a key part of the Company's HFOTCO Terminal Accounting Team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Confirm completed product movements related to barges, ships, transfers, pipelines, truck, rail, and bunkers with inspection companies, if one is nominated, in order to book inventory to ATOMS system * Scan confirmed moves and related documents into PSIsafe * Maintain professional relationships with customers, inspection companies, and other Houston Terminal departments/employees including Operations, Measurement, and Scheduling * Generate miscellaneous plant orders for billing of certain types of charges - create paper copy and input into the MPO system to capture it electronically * Investigate and resolve ticket & volume issues including gain/loss variances for month end close. This includes tank to tank transactions and keeping a log of all variances throughout the month along with explanations/approvals from Operations. * Calculate volumes on pipeline meters when required and track all inbound & outbound pipeline internal meter activity against external 3rd party meters and tank gauges for variances. Pipeline volumes/meters distributed to customers after movements are closed. * Obtain Petromax volumes and gauges for billing from inspection companies then enter into our system * Reconcile system reports for month end to verify data is complete & accurate across all programs/systems used for reporting purposes * Responsible for customer activity reports as well as multiple internal monthly reports * Compile necessary information to submit weekly/monthly reports to Department of Energy and monthly T-1 report. * Create and send out customer invoices for ancillary charges related to the Houston Terminal and other invoicing as needed * Assist in audit process by compiling requested documentation and assisting in explanations where required. * Must be able to multi-task, spend considerable amount of time on phone for confirmations, and resolve problems * Assist with other ad-hoc request as needed * The above job functions are illustrative of the duties and responsibilities associated with the position and are not intended to be all inclusive.
