About the team

The EPM Finance Technology team is at the forefront of driving technology-enable transformation, with a mission to enhance business agility and process efficiency and streamline processes across the finance organization. By promotion innovation and fostering transparency, them team delivers solutions that support more effective decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Comprising a dynamic group of business analyst, developers, and architects, the team leverages cutting-edge technologies, primarily Oracle EPM and related tools. These resources are dedicated to supporting the finance organization with a focus on Close and Consolidations, Planning, Forecasting, and Management Reporting.

The team plays a critical role in the architecture, development, functional administration and upskilling efforts needed to ensure the finance organization operated efficiently and adapts to evolving business needs.

What you'll own

• Leading the shared development and functional administration team to ensure deliverables and SLAs are consistently met on time and with high quality.

• Establishing and maintaining SLAs, SOPs, and effective workflows to drive accountability and improve operation efficiency.

• Ensuring compliance with audit and change control requirements while overseeing the timely and accurate completion of quarterly and annual audits.

• Delivering detailed weekly updates on deliverables, timeline, and SLA adherence to key stakeholders.

• Managing resource allocation and performance, including goal setting, quarterly/annual reviews, and ensuring adequate coverage for daily operations

• Overseeing the publication of the EPM Support calendar, maintaining the knowledge base, and issuing updates for application enhancements.

What you bring

• Leadership Experience: Over 7 years of proven experience leading technology teams, driving innovation, and achieving results

• EPM Expertise: Deep understanding of EPM application architecture, integration and best practices

• Strategic Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to cultivate strategic relationships in dynamic, fast-paced environments with competing demands

• Technical and Agile Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing Oracle EPM suite environments and leading high-performing teams to meet Finance / Accounting needs, alighted with IT standards and best practices. Skilled in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders, develop business domain expertise, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Adaptability and Innovation: Proven capability to thrive in fast-evolving technology environments by fostering agility, reducing technical debt, and embracing flexibility.

• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with organizational acumen and attention to detail

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Diplomatic, analytical and adept at resolving complex challenges under tight deadlines while maintaining composure.
