Manufacturing Technician I - Pay: $19/hour, Life Sciences

The Manufacturing Technician I will perform entry level manufacturing duties in the production, assembly, and inspection of custom products used in cell and gene therapy and clinical trials. Saint-Gobain trains and cross-trains technicians on all steps in the process, so that technicians can learn new skills and develop their careers. Technicians work in ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanrooms to meet our customer's high quality and manufacturing standards.

Required

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate
• 1 year of manufacturing experience in a cleanroom/regulated environment
• Adherence to all gowning requirements when in the cleanroom, including, being prohibited from wearing perfume/cologne, cosmetics, makeup, and jewelry
• Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Ability to perform basic math and arithmetic to measure and cut components to meet all specifications
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, M - F

Preferred

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience in a cleanroom/regulated environment
• Experience with GDP/GMP
• Experience in an ISO 7 or ISO 8 environment

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees' wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the pay rate for this position which is $19 per hour.

In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
