What is the opportunity? The Senior Initiatives Analyst role will augment the Advisor Recruiting Initiatives Team and will be responsible for the development and execution of application capabilities, processes and resources, and support for Field Leaders and Advisor Recruiting Department to provide a cohesive and digitally enabled experience for Financial Advisor recruits. What will you do?
- Execute strategic direction of Head of Advisor Recruiting to achieve strategic results and fiscal year recruiting goals.
- Liaison to Developers and Contractors to develop, troubleshoot, facilitate, test, and provide end to end journey maps and process documentation.
- Provide presentations, and demonstrations of Advisor Recruiting application capabilities to key stakeholders and Product Area Groups specifically but not limited to, User Experience Stakeholder, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Supervision.
- Collaborate on application communications, marketing, and other internal documentation to develop supporting materials to ensure consistent messaging, awareness, and adoption of application capabilities.
- Spearhead discovery sessions to intake, evaluate and recommend potential enhancements of the various application capabilities based on feedback from User Experience Stakeholder.
- Salesforce application capabilities will include Quasi, Jira, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Analytics Studio, Tableau, Dashboards/Reports, Campaigns, Tagging, Files, Org Structure, MyLauncher, Cases, Marketing Cloud, AOS and next generation resources.
- Manage projects utilizing Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, Mural, Confluence and Excel
- Compile and present Competitive Intelligence to User Experience Stakeholders to enhance the knowledge of RBC vs Competitors.
What do you need to succeed? Must-have
- Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related experience
- 5+ years of progressive business experience as a service/support with exposure to various types of businesses in the securities industry
- Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite; including Excel, PowerPoint, One Note and Planner with the ability to execute strategic direction through Project Management and Change Management acumen
- Provide strong business judgment when presenting recommendations and when providing alternative solutions with advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Be a strong team player with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to effective solutions and implementations through a collaborative approach to drive results and meet goals
Nice-to-have
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce; including Dashboards, Reports, Quasi Testing, Jira
- Trailblazer Salesforce certifications

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $65,000 - $115,00 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
